Personal Training enables athletes to take full advantage of the knowledge and experience of the Hyperfit Conditioning Specialists.
Personal Training is available to athletes and non-athletes alike of all fitness levels. Personal training is private and clients will have a full one hour session with the Hyperfit Head Trainer of their choice. Semi-Private training is also available (2-3 people) and will be awarded a group discount.
Our trainers also run fitness bootcamps throughout the year tailored to hockey players and everyday athletes.
Breanne specializes in personal training with a client list including top OHL players, young elite GTHL players and everyday fitness motivated people. Breanne uses many methods and training techniques to build explosiveness, endurance and active strength.
Brandon specializes in rehab specific personal training, and tailors programs directly to the needs of injured athletes to become more flexible, agile, stronger through their recovery.
