Team training is available all year round and is a supreme way to increase the level of strength & conditioning within your team. Team fitness includes Fitness Testing and allows coaches and players to track their fitness progression.



Our team sessions include:

  • 2 Head Trainers

  • The use of circuit, speed, strength and power training methods

  • Various excercises that require teamwork

  • Fitness Tests which are conducted at the beginning and end of each summer and season

We create a fun and competitive atmosphere that not only brings out the best in each individual, but also encourages team cohesion.
