Hyperfit is proud to announce the return of our popular Future Stars Holiday Camp. Sessions will focus on skill development and conditioning.​

The camps consist of skill development and conditioning, emphasizing:

Skating and edge control drills

Puck control skills including stick handling, passing / receiving and shooting skills

High tempo flow focusing on angling and gap control

Strength, speed-power, and endurance dry land training

Game with referee

Hyperfit jersey included
