The camps consist of 4 days of skill development and conditioning, emphasizing:

  • Skating and edge control drills

  • Puck control skills including stick handling, passing / receiving  and shooting skills

  • High tempo flow focusing on angling and gap control

  • Strength, speed-power, and endurance dry land training

  • Game with referee

  • Hyperfit jersey included

Hyperfit is proud to announce the return of our popular Future Stars Holiday Camp.  Sessions will focus on skill development and conditioning.

ITINERARY 

9:00 am - 10:00 am     Fitness

10:30 am - 12:30 pm     On Ice Skill Development

12:45 pm - 2:00 pm     Lunch 

2:30 pm - 4:00 pm     Game with referee

Cost: $595.00 tax included
