SUMMER 2022 PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT CAMPS

Hyperfit Hockey is proud to announce our 9-week Summer Development camp schedule.
In the Personal development camps we match a group of 4 - 6 similar aged / skilled athletes with a Hyperfit instructor. This small group format maximizes the number of repetitions, opportunity for feedback, more detailed error correction and overall development. The on-ice portion will focus on skating and edge work, puck control skills, passing, shooting, angling and battling.
The fitness portion of the camps will use speed, strength and endurance training methods to challenge the athletes. Each workout session will be directly monitored by a Hyperfit instructor. Camps are limited and work on a first come first serve basis. Below you can find a sample itinerary and dates for this summer's camps.
