Hyperfit is proud to announce the return of our popular Prospects Camp. Sessions will focus on skill development and conditioning.

The camp consist of skill development and conditioning, emphasizing:

Skating and edge control drills

Puck control skills including stick handling, passing / receiving and shooting skills

High tempo flow focusing on angling and gap control

Strength, speed-power, and endurance dry land training

Camp is designed and appropriate for boys and girls players of AA caliber and higher. Limited space available.
