The camps consist of 4 days of skill development and conditioning, emphasizing:

Skating and edge control drills

Puck control skills including stick handling, passing / receiving and shooting skills

High tempo flow focusing on angling and gap control

Strength, speed-power, and endurance dry land training

Game with referee

8:40 am - 9:40 am Fitness
10:00 am - 11:30 pm On Ice Skill Development
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Lunch
1:30 pm - 3:00 pm Game with referee
Cost: $595.00 tax included
