OUR TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

Develop the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems by manipulating the mode, intensity and duration of each training session.

Increase strength through a combination of resistance exercises.

Improve acceleration and top-end speed through a series of sport-specific plyometrics and quick feet drills.

Injury reduction through flexibility training.

Educate athletes and coaches on all aspects of training and conditioning for ice hockey.
