At Hyperfit we strive to maintain a professional and enjoyable High Performance facility.

OUR TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

  • Develop the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems by manipulating the mode, intensity and duration of each training session.

  • Increase strength through a combination of resistance exercises.

  • Improve acceleration and top-end speed through a series of sport-specific plyometrics and quick feet drills.

  • Injury reduction through flexibility training.

  • Educate athletes and coaches on all aspects of training and conditioning for ice hockey.
