YOUNG GUNS CHRISTMAS DEVELOPMENT CAMP 2019

 

The camp consists of 2 days of skill development and conditioning, emphasizing:

 

• Skating and edge control drills

• Puck control skills including stick handling, passing / receiving  and shooting skills

• High tempo flow and battle drills, focusing on angling and gap control

• Game with referee each day

• Camp appropriate for 2009 / 2010 born AA and AAA players

 

ITINERARY 

 

Wednesday January 2nd + Thursday January 3rd, 2019:

 

8:30 am – 10:00 am   On - ice skill development

10:30 am - 11:30 am   Fitness

11:30 am - 12:30 pm   Lunch

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm   Game (with referee)

2:15 pm - 3:00 pm   Fitness
