Pre-Tryout Skills & Fitness Tune Up

Hyperfit will once again be offering the opportunity to sharpen up your skills and fitness prior to 2019-2020 season tryouts. Fitness will follow immediately after your respective hour on-ice. Players can attend any and all 5 days of on-ice and fitness.

Bantam and Midget Camp

April 1: On-ice 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm, fitness 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm

April 2: On-ice 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm, fitness 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm

April 4: On-ice 4:15 pm - 5:15 pm, fitness 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm 

April 8: On-ice 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm, fitness 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm

April 9: On-ice 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm, fitness 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm

 

$40.00 on-ice / $20.00 strength & conditioning or $250 tax included for all 5 sessions
