Hyperfit is proud to announce the return of our popular High Performance April Break Girls Prospects Camps.  Sessions will focus on skill development and conditioning.

April 12 - 16 @ Canlan Oshawa

The camps consist of 5 days of skill development and conditioning, emphasizing:

• Maximum 10 skaters and 2 Instructors

• Skating and edge control drills

• Puck control skills including stick handling, passing / receiving  and shooting skills

• High tempo flow and battle drills, focusing on angling and gap control

• On-ice skill development and battle drills 

• Strength, speed-power, and endurance dry land training
