HOLIDAY CAMPS - 2022 FUTURE STARS CAMPS
Atom / Peewee and younger
The camps consist of 2 days of skill development and conditioning, emphasizing:

Maximum 20 Skaters and 2 or 3 Instructors

Skating and edge control drills

Puck control skills including stick handling, passing / receiving and shooting skills

High tempo flow focusing on angling and gap control

Strength, speed-power, and endurance dry land training

Game with referee

9:00 am - 11:00 am On Ice Skill Development
11:15 am - 12:15 pm Fitness
12:15 pm - 1:00 pm Lunch
1:00 pm - 1:30 pm Warm Up
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm Game with referee
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm Game with referee
