The High-Performance program is an Off-Ice program targeted toward Elite Bantam/Midget - Jr. - and Professional players.
Fitness Testing is amongst the best Off-Ice tools coaches can use to garner information regarding their team. Athletes will be tested and compared within our database of 7,000+ logged tests.
