The camps consist of 4 days of skill development and conditioning, emphasizing:

Maximum 24 Skaters and 2 or 3 Instructors

Skating and edge control drills

Puck control skills including stick handling, passing / receiving and shooting skills

High tempo flow focusing on angling and gap control

Strength, speed-power, and endurance dry land training

8:30 am - 10:30 am On Ice Skill Development
10:45 am - 11:45 am Fitness
11:45 am - 12:30 pm Lunch
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Game with referee
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm Game with referee
