HYPERFIT is proud to continue to offer Christmas Development Camp to get you to that next level over the holidays! 

 

                                 

    CHRISTMAS CAMP SCHEDULE 2019

       January 2nd and 3rd 2019

 

The camp consists of 2 days of skill development and conditioning,

emphasizing:

 

• Skating and edge control drills

• Puck control skills including stick handling, passing / receiving

      and shooting skills

• High tempo flow and battle drills, focusing on angling and gap

      control​

 

ITINERARY  

 

Wednesday January 2, 2019 + Thursday January 3rd, 2019:

9:30 am – 10:30 am   Fitness

10:30 am - 11:00 am   Stretch / Core work

11:30 am - 1:00 pm   On-ice skill development

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm   Lunch

2:00 pm - 2:45 pm   Fitness

3:15 pm - 4:30 pm   Game (with referee)
